Privacy and your choices
Who is responsible
Tanglewild Labs LLC operates this website. Contact privacy@tanglewildlabs.com for questions, withdrawal of contact permission or requests to access or delete your interest submission.
Information you choose to send
The interest form collects your work email, optional organization and optional general workflow message, together with the product, time and version of your consent. Do not include client, employee, patient, claim or other confidential information. We use submissions to evaluate interest and, where you agree, discuss that product and possible participation in its development. We do not automatically enroll you in newsletters or contact you about unrelated products.
Optional journey measurement
Measurement starts only if you choose Allow measurement. We collect page categories, selected button actions, approximate active viewing time and a random identifier for the current browser session. We do not connect this identifier to your submitted email, use it across websites, record keystrokes or form contents, or make screen recordings. Choose Decline measurement to use the site without optional measurement. Privacy choices in the footer let you change your choice. We honor your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal. Your preference is stored on your device for up to 90 days.
Hosting and security
Vercel hosts the website and Supabase stores interest and optional measurement records in separate product databases in the United States. These providers process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the services. Our application uses a keyed identifier to limit form abuse instead of storing raw IP addresses in the interest database. Optional measurement consent does not switch off essential hosting and security processing.
Automation and access
Software organizes submissions into structured records and produces basic rule-based summaries. Authorized Tanglewild Labs personnel and tools can read the restricted records to evaluate the experiment. Submitted text is treated as untrusted information, never as permission to take actions. This beta does not send your submission to an external AI model for automatic analysis. Any future external AI processing needs an accurate updated notice and any required permission before activation. We do not sell the interest records or share them with advertising networks.
Retention and deletion
Interest submissions and optional journey records expire from active use after 90 days. An identical form retry does not restart the interest-retention period. Expired records are removed by scheduled cleanup; we can also process an earlier deletion request. Restricted provider backups may retain deleted information until their normal backup cycle expires. Before restoring data to active use, we reapply expiry and recorded deletion requirements. A longer pilot or customer relationship requires a separately agreed purpose and retention arrangement.
Your choices
You can decline or stop optional measurement and withdraw permission for future product contact. Stopping measurement ends future optional events; it does not automatically identify earlier unlinked visit records. Contact us about access or deletion of a submitted interest request. We may need limited information to verify the request and protect another person’s information. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights; this notice does not limit them.
